Make the request specific
Include the live page URL and the text, image, or section to change. Supply the replacement copy and original image files, and tell us if other pages need the same update.
Use your agreed editing workflow
Some websites have a CMS; others are maintained by Eleven11. If you have CMS access, use the instructions provided for your project. If you do not, send the request to hello@eleven11.digital.
Review before publication
Flag time-sensitive changes and any required approval. The work included and turnaround depend on your agreement. A change in a separate platform does not automatically update your website unless that connection has been set up.
