Open the menu, read the main content, and follow the key links. Check that buttons are comfortable to tap and forms remain usable when the keyboard opens.
Use more than one device when possible
A browser’s mobile preview is helpful, but an actual iPhone or Android phone can reveal differences. Note the device, operating system, and browser when reporting an issue.
Show us the behavior
Send the URL and a short description or screen recording. Explain whether the issue happens every time and whether rotating the phone or reloading changes it.
