Review the description and dates
Check the service, billing period, amount, and due date shown on the invoice. A project milestone, ongoing service, and third-party subscription can cover different work.
Separate provider charges
Domain registration, email, hosting, and other services may be billed by their providers or included in your agreement. Do not assume a service is included unless it is listed in your scope.
Ask before paying an unexpected charge
Email hello@eleven11.digital with the invoice number and your question. Do not include card details or banking credentials. Refunds, cancellations, and payment schedules follow your agreement and the applicable service terms.
